The Team

Daphné Bès de Berc specialises in the management and resolution of crisis and litigation situations in civil, commercial and criminal matters, for companies, their managers and their partners. She steps in before state courts and administrative authorities as well as in arbitration proceedings, and handles various dispute resolution methods, including conciliation and mediation. She is used to dealing with the most complex cases.

Lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar for 25 years, Daphné graduated with a DESS (advanced graduate degree) and Magistère (Masters) in Business Law & Taxation from the University of Dijon, created by Professor Maurice Cozian, and a diploma in European business law. After taking the oath in 1995, Daphné trained in law firms recognised as among the best in business litigation and financial criminal law. Armed with this experience, she created her own law firm in 2006 before founding BGB & Associés a few years later, in 2010.

Avocat au Barreau de Paris, Mélanie est docteur en droit et titulaire d’un Master 2 Droit Européen et International des affaires de l’Université Paris-Dauphine.
Mélanie a rejoint BGB & Associés en 2014.

Jennifer Kapita intervient en contentieux des affaires.
Elle assiste les entreprises, leurs dirigeants et actionnaires au stade pré-contentieux, ainsi qu'à tous les stades des procédures contentieuses.

Jennifer est titulaire d’un Master 2 Droit des affaires et Management de l’Université Paris II Panthéon Assas et du Diplôme Universitaire de Droit des entreprises en difficulté de l’Université Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne.
Jennifer a rejoint BGB & Associés en 2023.

Charlène Sauvage-Lacognata assists the entire team at BGB & Associés in the procedural management of cases. She also manages the firm's accounts.

Charlène holds the professional qualification certificate for legal secretary from ENADEP in Paris. Charlène joined BGB & Associés in 2013.

Séverine Sanglé-Ferrière has specialised in competition, distribution and consumer law for over twenty years. She provides advice and litigation services to French and international clients in various economic sectors. Her experience in major French and English-speaking firms has given her a clear command of complex cases in a multicultural environment.

Lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar since 1996, Séverine Sanglé-Ferrière is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris (economics and finance) and holds a Master's degree in Business Law (University Paris - Nanterre). After 20 years working in the Competition/Distribution/Consumer Rights teams in renowned French and English-speaking firms, she decided to create her own law firm in 2017 before joining BGB & Associés in 2020 to develop the practice of economic law both in advice and litigation.
