Séverine Sanglé-Ferrière specializes in competition law (including merger control, anti-competitive agreements and abuse of dominant position), distribution law (drafting and negotiating selective distribution, exclusive distribution, commercial agent, franchise agreements, as well as commercial negotiations), and consumer law. She provides both advisory and litigation services across various economic sectors. Her experience in international law firms has enabled her to handle complex cases in multicultural environments.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1996, Séverine Sanglé-Ferrière graduated from Sciences Po Paris (economics and finance) and the University of Paris-Nanterre (Master's degree in business law). After nearly 20 years working in the Competition Law teams of leading law firms, she decided to set up her own practice in 2017, before joining BGB & Associés in 2020 to develop the firm's economic law practice. Since 2023, Séverine has also been an accredited mediator at CMAP, convinced of the power and effectiveness of mediation in resolving inter-company conflicts.
